The US has been hit by a wave of counterfeit eyeliner for the first time since 2009, as the cost of the product has risen.
The demand for fake eyeliners is believed to have grown with the global economic slowdown, and is now so pervasive that brands are selling a range of products with fake eyelids to keep up with the demand.
But are the counterfeits genuine?
Here are five key facts about eyeliner.
There are so many eyeliners out there that you can’t keep track of them all.
The US Department of Justice and Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) classify the top 100 brands as “imported”.
That means they are made outside the country and are imported by people in the US.
However, there are a lot of counterfeit brands that can be found online.
These include brands like Lancôme, Guerlain, Lancôm, Lancome Nail Art, and many others.
People who buy fake eyelashes are often in desperate need of more than just a few eyeliner colors.
The prices of some eyeliner shades can be as high as $20 (£15).
In China, where the quality of eyeliner is less, there’s even a fake eyelash with a price tag of around $50 (£34).
A lot of people have fake eyelid problems.
According to the CPSC, a total of 9.4 million eyeliner samples were examined for lab tests, of which 6.5 million tested positive for adulteration or falsification.
That means there are nearly 2.5m people out there who have some type of eyelid problem.
There’s also evidence that fake eyelas can be used as a substitute for real eyelashes.
Even a few seconds of exposure can cause permanent damage.
The quality of the eyeliner can vary.
A study conducted by the University of California, Irvine found that eyeliner sold in China can be “extremely poor quality, with many of the colours and textures being too dark, or too thin, or lacking in texture and colour”.
It’s hard to tell the difference between a fake and genuine eyeliner if you don’t use a filter.
A few people may think that they’re wearing fake eyelins because they don’t have the correct amount of product on them.
However the CPS, which is responsible for regulating the cosmetics industry in the country, says that the majority of people buying eyeliner from online stores don’t know they’re using fake eyelin.
They might be looking at a photo of a person who’s wearing a fake eye make-up, and then wonder if the eye looks the same.
This is because the real eye can’t be easily identified, as you need to see the eye to be able to tell it apart.
You can tell fake eyelines are fake because they can look like fake, too.
Some people have been fooled by the fake eyelimmer they’ve seen on YouTube and Instagram.
This phenomenon is called photoshopping.
People are then fooled into thinking they’re seeing fake eyeline, so they buy it.
If the eyes are too dark or too thick, it’s likely a fake.
There is no official test for eyeliner authenticity.
The FDA has no official testing for eyeliners.
But, if you’re unsure whether your eyeliner may be fake, you can ask a friend or relative.
Fake eyeliner isn’t a problem with the eye itself.
The eyeshadow, which gives the eyelid its appearance, can be made of materials that are chemically different from the real thing.
This means that it’s impossible to tell whether the eyelids have been tampered with.
Fake eye make ups are sold online and on the internet.
However many of them are made with materials that mimic the real ones.
This could mean that they are fake.
Some brands sell eyeliner with a fake tube.
This tube can be the tube used to hold the fake eyeball in place.
There have been cases where these tubes have been found on eBay and other online marketplaces.
There may be a problem in the manufacturing of eyeliners or in the use of eyelin-enhancing products.
Some countries, such as Japan, have strict regulations on the use and production of eyelins.
This can be a reason why some people have problems with their eyeliners, or even have them altered.
Fake or fake eyelining may affect your health.
If you have a problem that affects your eyes, such a problem can be life-threatening, according to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
If you do have a reaction, such the burning sensation that occurs in your eyes when using a fake product, you should consult your doctor.
